Jean was friendly, efficient and had great attention to detail. He ensured that everything was done correctly. Fantastic technician!
Andrew was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and timely. He went above and beyond to get the correct capacitor which I needed. He was pleasant and had very good interpersonal skills and communication. AAA Modern Air was referred to me through a Facebook page associated with the Falls community in Parkland. Gene serviced our AC in our new home and we were very pleased. He felt strongly about us having our coils cleaned, and our blower cleaned. A A new pair of gentlemen came out to do the work. They too, went above and beyond and did a very detailed cleaning. We will continue to use AAA for all our air conditioning needs going forward. Most importantly, from the initial phone call, we marveled at the personal attention and follow up. This personal touch is virtually non existent in today’s high tech world. It was a welcome change!!!!!!!
